Minced Red Chillies can be used as an excellent red chilli substitute to add a fiery flavour to both Indian and world dishes. In keeping with our Nishaan range we provide you with chillies in a form to allow you to simply add this unique taste to any cooking and easily store the remainder. This product contains no artificial flavours or preservatives but all the full natural power and flavour of the red chilli.

How to use red chilli paste
When creating a curry base fry the onions with onion and garlic to make any Indian curry, always add 1 tsp. of minced red chillies. Add chopped tomatoes, along with spices of your choice (for example cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli) cook on low heat for 10mins and simply add the meat you wish to cook. Red chilli can also be used in dalls.
