- 1 Egg White
- 150g/5oz Caster Sugar
- 75g/3oz East End Coconut Flour
- Rice Paper
- Glace Cherries
- Crystallised Angelica
- Beat the egg white until stiff, and then beat in the sugar and coconut flour.
- Spoon into a cake tin.
- Garnish with the cherries and angelica.
- Preheat the oven at 180C/350F/Gas mark 4, bake for 15mins or until it starts to brown.
- Serve warm or cold.
